Dr. Cerveny is passionate about the conservation of endangered species and a career highlight of hers was working with the Galapagos penguins in the Galapagos Islands. She has two lovely cats and a wild two-year-old son. She loves reading, traveling, sailing with her family in the summertime, music, and can play the piano and banjo!

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Cerveny to the “best little zoo in Michigan” and be sure to say hello if you see her out and about while visiting us this season. We are very excited for her to get to know our very generous and supportive community.
