Animal Enrichment

Enrichment is a big part of our animal welfare program and by donating enrichment items on our wish list you can provide our animals with items that enhance their environment.

Select an item from the list below, and drop it off or ship it to the Zoo. When you do, Zoo staff will make sure your favorite animal gets a great new form of enrichment. Need more help on what to purchase or have a different item in mind? Email us to ask if something is appropriate for the animals.

  • Plastic kid's toys (Fisher Price, Step2, etc.)
  • Metal kitchenware (pots, pans, sheets, trays, muffin tins, etc.)
  • Plastic tote bins (with lids)
  • Plastic storage pallets
  • Large diameter PVC pipe
  • Large wooden cable spools
  • Dog crates, kennels, and/or houses
  • Blankets and towels
