At the Zoo, our endangered white cockatoos named Poppy and Clyde are extremely smart and has been known to use a branch to scratch their backs.

In the wild: Fruit (papaya, durian, langsat, rambutan), berries, seeds, crickets or skinks

At the Zoo: Mazuri parrot chow, fresh produce

Wooded areas, forests, mangroves, swamps, agricultural areas and around rivers. Requires large trees for nesting and communal roosting
