Living Learning Lab Form Living Learning Lab Form The Living, Learning Lab offers an interactive, hands-on learning experience that is curriculum centered to third-grade classrooms. A new spin on formal education, classes come to the Zoo to participate in a variety of themed activities that highlight Common Core Standards and Next Generation Science Standards. The program can run 1-3 days and is taught in our classroom by the education staff at the Children’s Zoo. To increase the chances of getting your desired date, please return your completed registration as soon as possible and provide alternate dates in case of scheduling conflicts. The Living Learning Lab will be open December 3rd through 19th and will run Wednesday-Friday and January 7th – February 13th. The first module “Animal Journaling” is a required introduction course where we discuss many important scientific concepts that are used throughout the other lessons. Submitted dates are requested dates. After your registration is submitted our education program staff will contact you to finalize dates, times, and proceed to the next step.
