Location: Front east end of the Zoo to the left of the Zoo Store.

What is the difference between a ride ticket and an unlimited ride pass?
A Ride Ticket ($2.00 cost) gets you a one time use ticket for either the train or the carousel, not both.
An Unlimited Ride Wristband ($6.00 cost) gets you intimated rides on both the train and the carousel for the entire day.
Are the rides ADA Accesible?
Yes, both the train and the carousel are ADA accessible!
Do caregivers/parents or infants need to buy a ticket?
Carousel: Infants under 11 months and parents/caregivers who are assisting an individual for them to be able to ride the carousel do not need a ticket or unlimited wristband to ride.
Train: Every adult and child riding the train needs a ticket.
- If an infant under 11 months, and/or an individual needing physical assistance and their caregiver ride together, only one ticket is required.
- Children under 42 inches tall must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I buy ride tickets or wristbands at the zoo?
Ride tickets and wristbands can be purchased at the Admissions Booth, Zoo Store, and Train Whistle Café (Concessions).
Will the rides be shutdown in bad weather?
Yes, due to inclement weather such as rain or thunderstorm the train and/or carousel operation may be paused until weather conditions improve.
