Directions to the Zoo

If you are coming to the Zoo from north or south of Saginaw, take I-75 to I-675. Because of construction on I-675 in 2009 and 2010, please be prepared for delays and to follow detours. For the latest information on detours and lane closures, please visit MDOT’s website at www.michigan.gov/laneclosures or call Bay City Transportation Service at (989) 671-1535.

If you are coming to the Zoo from east of Saginaw, take M-81 to M-13 south. Proceed approximately 3 miles. Turn left into the Zoo parking lot.

If you are coming from west of Saginaw, take M-46 into Saginaw. Follow M-46 to S. Michigan Avenue. Turn left onto S. Michigan. Proceed less than one half mile to Court Street. Turn right on Court Street. Follow Court Street across the Saginaw River. Proceed through the next light into the Zoo parking lot.
